I totally agree with the previous reviews with complains about the proces to return items: they charge 14 euro's, ridiculous!! I'll never order there again.

If I could give 0 star I would. This is very expensive for very average quality. If you return, you have to pay for a return to Italy at your risk or 14 euros are taken from your account for a DHL service. And worst of all, I have just received a GBP 55 VAT/custom invoice from DHL for my GBP 160 order from Subdued. I am fuming.

MUST SIZE UP! I have curves so I ordered a 28 in pants instead of a 27 and they were still pretty tight. Definitely plan to go up a couple sizes. Same thing goes for the shirt if you have big boobs or a broad chest. Took about a week to be delivered but never sent me a confirmation code so I was kind of scared the package wouldn’t come. The quality wasn’t that cheap but I can’t really tell so far.

I have bought so many clothes from subdued and they are definitely one of my favourite brands! Just wanted to write a review as I saw how many bad ones were on here but I absolutely love their clothes!

I was a bit sceptic at first when I read the reviews here on trustpilot, but I received my order within two days of ordering it, and the pieces are super cute! Will definitely be ordering more from their site!

Very poor customer service and if you place an order online it will take a month to get delivered to Spain. Absolutely outrageous. Not recommended at all, tell your teenager to go elsewhere.

Clothes always look stunning and are worth the price in my opinion (although have to size up!!!) Returns are easy with an organised courier to collect the package for you at no charge. Favourite place to shop!

The quality of the clothing is not good. It is very overpriced. But the returning process is what blows my mind and gives me the impression that they will do everything to prevent you from returning goods.
It is with DHL, you have to pay for your return where they charge 14 (!!) euros. If you do it with another courier all risk is for you. I understand the latter, however the returning process with DHL is a laugh. They provide you with a link that directs you to the general page of DHL. There is no guiding process whatsoever. My daughter, who ordered this, is under the age of 18 but is very capable of returning with Zalando, Asos or other well organized companies who have their returning process well in place.
This is truly a mess, a disgrace. I am sorry to say!

So bad. The clothes are overpriced for the quality and my order took 4 weeks to come as it was being shipped from Italy. Every time I have been in-store the staff have been rude. Will not be buying from again.
